February 2025 Reminder

Attention Tierra Shores Residents

It’s time to talk TRASH!

Windy season is upon us, please ensure you are not overfilling your trash containers and picking up any trash that gets blown away and placing it in the trash container.

Trash pickup day is Thursdays! After trash pick up, please bring in trash containers out of public view in a timely manner. Please be mindful in always keeping the neighborhood looking well maintained. Take pride in your property.

PARKING ISSUE:

Due to an increased number of vehicles parking on the streets in front of their homes, neighbors or the striped guest parking spots, there has been a finding of residents/guest vehicles that are leaking oil or taking two spaces at a time. The Board of Directors asks that you clean the oil stains in those areas if you are in violation. If you are found to be in violation of the no parking rule, you may be subject to the Association’s Standard Violation Enforcement Procedure, which may result in a fine and/or legal action.

VEHICLES NOT ON A SAFE LIST, NOT USING A HANG TAG OR HANDICAP PLACARDS

To avoid tickets or being towed, please read the below:

Guest vehicles may not be parked on the common area streets without being safe listed, utilizing the Tierra Shores hang tags, Handicap placard/license plates. Owners shall be responsible for ensuring that their guest(s), family members and tenants comply with the restrictions and requirements set forth herein. Each resident should have (1) residential parking pass and (1) guest parking pass. If you haven’t picked them up, feel free to contact the On-Site Manager Annette Chavez by walking into the on-site office or calling to set an appointment during business hours.

Safe List is to be used on an emergency basis or have a few extra guests staying overnight.

Residents/Guests are permitted up to (14) nights within a ninety (90) day period to safe list

their vehicle. The email address is tierrashoresreports@gmail.com. ALL RESIDENTS VEHICLES FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE AND/OR THE ASSOCIATION’S STANDARD VIOLATION ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE WILL BE ENFORCED.
