March 2025 Reminders

A Few Friendly Updates/Reminders:

• Please be advised the basketball court area will be closed until further notice.
• The Electrician advised the revised plans have been approved with the City of Menifee, they will get the new approved plans printed and schedule inspection with the City.
• The solar is on and it will be warming up the pool. Please remember pool forms are due before the Memorial Day holiday.
• Please remember to put your hangtags on the rear-view mirror when parking on the street overnight to avoid tickets and or being towed.
• RV’s, Boats, trailer must always be safelisted and removed within 48 hours of loading and unloading.
• As the weather is warming up, please ensure your lawn is being maintained.
