The Community
Tierra Shores Homeowners Association is a community of 310 single-family homes in Menifee, California. Tierra Shores encompasses a community lake in which residents can enjoy recreational activities as well as a beautiful waterfront view. Community amenities and nearby conveniences make Tierra Shores a desirable place to call home.
Located in the growing and thriving city Menifee, Tierra Shores is conveniently located nearby many shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations. The Menifee Countryside Marketplace, just across I-215, is a popular shopping location for Menifee residents. The nearby town of Temecula also provides shopping and entertainment options. Lakes, parks, and trails are plentiful around Tierra shores for those who enjoy outdoor recreational activities. Los Angeles and San Diego are also only a 90-minute drive in each direction from Menifee.
Residents of this association enjoy many amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, and spa that overlooks the lake. Located next to the clubhouse, you have access to a boat dock. Other amenities include a barbecue area with a cabana, a half basketball court, parks, and RV parking lot. The community is gated at three entrance locations and includes patrol service.
